You are the backbone of order fulfillment. As a Picker/Packer, your job is to:
Pick items from shelves accurately.
Pack them securely for shipment.
Ensure orders reach customers on time and in perfect condition.
Picking: Retrieve products based on order sheets or scanning devices.
Packing: Use boxes, bubble wrap, and other materials to safely package items.
Labeling & Dispatch: Attach shipping labels and organize packages for dispatch.
Quality Check: Inspect products for damage or errors before packing.
Inventory Updates: Keep track of stock levels and report issues.
Equipment Use: Operate warehouse tools like pallet jacks or forklifts if trained.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and moving items.
Teamwork and communication.
Basic knowledge of barcode scanners or warehouse software.
High school diploma or equivalent (experience is a plus).
Fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment center.
