Generate payroll reports for HR and Finance teams.
Coordinate with banks for salary disbursement.
Provide support during audits.
Employee Support
Address employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and payslips.
Ensure confidentiality and data security of payroll information.
Fixed Salary: Stable monthly income.
Performance Incentives / Bonuses: Based on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll processing.
Provident Fund (PF): Employer contribution as per statutory laws.
