Job Description

  • Payroll Processing

    • Prepare and process monthly/weekly payroll for employees.

    • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

  • Compliance & Statutory Contributions

    • Handle PF, ESI, gratuity, TDS, and other statutory deductions.

    • Stay updated with labor laws and government regulations.

  • Employee Data Management

    • Maintain payroll records, employee attendance, and leave data.

    • Update salary structures, promotions, and transfers in the payroll system.

  • Reporting & Coordination

    • Generate payroll reports for HR and Finance teams.

    • Coordinate with banks for salary disbursement.

    • Provide support during audits.

  • Employee Support

    • Address employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and payslips.

    • Ensure confidentiality and data security of payroll information.
