Job Description

Packaging Design & Development

Develop and optimize primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging solutions for pharmaceutical products (tablets, capsules, liquids, injectables).

Ensure packaging maintains product stability, safety, and shelf life.

Artwork Management

Create and review packaging artwork, labels, cartons, and inserts.

Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all packaging materials and designs comply with national and international regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, WHO, etc.).

Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.

Vendor & Material Management

Source packaging materials and manage supplier relationships.

Evaluate materials for quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with R&D, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Production, and Supply Chain teams to align packaging with product development and manufacturing timelines.

Process Improvement

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce packaging
