Understand manpower requirements from operations and warehouse teams.
Post job vacancies on portals like Naukri, Indeed, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic or walk-in interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate feedback.
Ensure timely closure of positions within defined SLAs.
Handle candidate documentation (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, etc.).
Collect and verify documents for background checks.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
Conduct induction sessions for new hires.
Coordinate with internal departments and external manpower agencies.
Manage third-party hiring partners and track their performance.
Maintain records of agency invoices and budgets for hiring.
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers in Excel or HRMS tools.
Generate reports on hiring progress, offers, and joiners.
Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Ensure all recruitment processes follow company HR policies.
Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and compliance.
