Employer Branding
Represent the company in job fairs, campus drives, and online platforms.
Promote the company’s culture, values, and benefits to attract talent.
Reporting & Metrics
Maintain recruitment reports: number of openings, interviews, selections, and joining timelines.
Monitor KPIs like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Collaboration & Support
Work with HRBP and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Assist in onboarding processes and induction programs for new hires.
