Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, assess skills, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification processes.
Recruitment Coordination
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
Coordinate interview schedules, manage communications, and follow up on offers and joining dates.
Employer Branding & Engagement
Represent the company in job fairs, campus placements, and social media campaigns.
Promote company culture, benefits, and career opportunities to attract top talent.
Reporting & Metrics
Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Generate recruitment reports and provide updates to HR Manager and department heads.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with HR Business Partners and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Assist in onboarding, induction, and orientation for new hires.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and reduce hiring timelines.
