Job Description

  1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

    • Identify, source, and attract candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and campus drives.

    • Build a strong candidate pipeline for technical, operational, and corporate roles.

  2. Screening & Selection

    • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

    • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, assess skills, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

    • Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification processes.

  3. Recruitment Coordination

    • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.

    • Coordinate interview schedules, manage communications, and follow up on offers and joining dates.

  4. Employer Branding & Engagement

    • Represent the company in job fairs, campus placements, and social media campaigns.

    • Promote company culture, benefits, and career opportunities to attract top talent.

  5. Reporting & Metrics

    • Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

    • Generate recruitment reports and provide updates to HR Manager and department heads.

  6. Collaboration & Support

    • Work closely with HR Business Partners and department heads to understand manpower requirements.

    • Assist in onboarding, induction, and orientation for new hires.

  7. Continuous Improvement

    • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and reduce hiring timelines.
