The Operations role ensures smooth, accurate, and compliant processing of all branch and back-office banking activities. This includes handling customer transactions, maintaining records, and supporting branch staff to deliver quality service.
Process account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
Ensure KYC, AML, and RBI compliance in all customer accounts.
Manage clearing activities (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/cheque clearing).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Support branch staff with operational queries and audits.
Maintain accuracy in documentation and back-office processing.
Knowledge of core banking systems and digital platforms.
Strong numerical and analytical ability.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, with ability to work under deadlines.
Understanding of banking regulations and compliance.
