Approve critical documentation, process changes, and deviations.
Coordinate with management for production planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
Drive process improvement initiatives and mentor all subordinates.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (auditors, regulatory authorities, vendors).
