Job Description

  • Office Administration & Coordination

    • Manage front desk activities, calls, and emails.

    • Handle visitor management and appointments.

    • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.

  • Documentation & Record Keeping

    • Prepare and maintain company files, reports, and correspondence.

    • Handle filing (manual or digital) and data entry tasks.

  • Support to Management / Teams

    • Assist senior executives with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

    • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.

  • Finance & HR Assistance (basic level)

    • Help with petty cash, expense tracking, and invoice filing.

    • Assist HR with attendance, leave records, and joining formalities.

  • Communication Handling

    • Draft letters, emails, and office circulars.

    • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth communication.

  • Facility Management

    • Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and office equipment serv
