Job Description

Microbiological Testing

Perform routine and specialized microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Conduct environmental monitoring of clean rooms and production areas.

Quality Control & Assurance

Ensure that microbial levels comply with internal standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, ISO, WHO).

Investigate deviations, contamination, or quality issues and propose corrective actions.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and observations.

Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to quality or production teams.

Equipment Operation & Maintenance

Operate laboratory instruments such as autoclaves, incubators, microscopes, and sterilizers.

Perform routine calibration and maintenance to ensure accurate results.

Compliance & Safety

Follow laboratory safety procedures and biosafety protocols.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal SOPs.

Collaboration & Support

Coordinate with R&D, production, and QA/QC teams for product testing and troubleshooting.
