Job Description

  1. Customer Interaction

    • Answer incoming calls or make outbound calls to customers.

    • Understand customer queries, complaints, or requests and provide accurate information.

  2. Issue Resolution

    • Resolve customer complaints related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.

    • Escalate complex cases to higher authorities or specialized teams.

  3. Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

    • Update CRM systems with accurate customer information.

  4. Customer Satisfaction

    • Ensure a positive experience by providing courteous, professional, and timely service.

    • Follow up with customers as required to ensure resolution.

  5. Adherence to Processes

    • Follow company-defined scripts, policies, and guidelines for call handling.

    • Meet quality metrics and call-handling targets.
