Equipment Maintenance
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.
Maintain pumps, compressors, HVAC systems, centrifuges, autoclaves, reactors, and other production equipment.
Ensure equipment operates within specifications.
Troubleshooting & Repairs
Diagnose mechanical faults and implement solutions quickly to minimize downtime.
Repair or replace worn-out components.
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Implement scheduled maintenance routines.
Monitor equipment health using vibration analysis, thermal imaging, or other predictive tools.
Keep records of maintenance activities.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain maintenance logs, calibration records, and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and regulatory requirements.
Project Support
Assist in installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery.
Support process improvement and equipment optimization initiatives.
Team Coordination
Supervise or guide junior maintenance technicians.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
