Job Description

Material Management

Plan and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

Maintain accurate records of material usage and stock levels.

Production Coordination

Assist in planning production schedules to meet output targets.

Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain production and material-related reports for management review.

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams.

Communicate material or production issues to supervisors or managers for resolution.

Inventory & Cost Control

Monitor wastage and recommend cost-saving measures.

Implement systems to optimize inventory turnover and reduce holding costs.
