Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for BESS products.
Identify potential clients, industries, and projects requiring energy storage solutions.
Business Development
Generate leads through networking, industry events, and market research.
Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, EPC contractors, utilities, and project developers.
Client Management
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
Understand client requirements and propose customized BESS solutions.
Project Coordination
Work closely with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure project feasibility and timely delivery.
Assist in preparing commercial proposals, pricing, and contracts.
Reporting & Analysis
Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and revenue forecasts.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team (if applicable).
Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
