Job Description

  1. Sales Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for BESS products.

    • Identify potential clients, industries, and projects requiring energy storage solutions.

  2. Business Development

    • Generate leads through networking, industry events, and market research.

    • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, EPC contractors, utilities, and project developers.

  3. Client Management

    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.

    • Understand client requirements and propose customized BESS solutions.

  4. Project Coordination

    • Work closely with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure project feasibility and timely delivery.

    • Assist in preparing commercial proposals, pricing, and contracts.

  5. Reporting & Analysis

    • Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.

    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and revenue forecasts.

  6. Team Leadership

    • Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team (if applicable).

    • Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
