Own end-to-end program planning, execution, and tracking
Define program objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
Drive cross-team alignment and resolve execution blockers
Oversee day-to-day operational performance
Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and productivity targets are consistently met
Handle escalations, operational risks, and business continuity
Track and analyze operational KPIs and dashboards
Identify gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Prepare performance reviews and updates for leadership
Design, document, and optimize SOPs and workflows
Lead initiatives for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and scalability
Partner with tech teams to drive automation and system enhancements
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Vendor, and Customer Support teams
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to senior leadership
