Develop Master Production Schedules (MPS): Utilize customer demand data and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to create and maintain production schedules that align with business objectives.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage raw material and finished goods inventories to prevent shortages or excesses, ensuring a smooth production flow.
apacity Planning: Assess production capacity and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in demand, equipment availability, and workforce levels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, quality control, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment and address any production issues promptly.
