Job Description

  • Production Scheduling & Planning

    • Develop and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts and sales orders.

    • Ensure smooth workflow by coordinating with procurement, inventory, and manufacturing teams.

  • Inventory & Resource Management

    • Monitor raw material and finished goods stock levels.

    • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability.

    • Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.

  • Monitoring & Reporting

    • Track daily, weekly, and monthly production performance.

    • Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management.

    • Identify bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Liaise with sales, supply chain, logistics, and quality control departments.

    • Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.

  • Compliance & Process Improvement

    • Adhere to safety, quality, and industry standards.

    • Implement Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma practices to improve efficiency.

    • Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
