Job Description

  • A Finance & Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities of an organization. This includes accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial strategy. The role ensures that the company’s financial health is stable and aligned with business goals.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
 
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
 
Monitor variances and provide insights for decision-making.
 
 
 
2. Accounting & Bookkeeping:
 
Ensure proper maintenance of financial records (ledgers, journals, balance sheets).
 
Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
 
 
 
3. Financial Reporting:
 
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
 
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
 
 
 
4. Tax & Compliance:
 
Ensure timely filing of taxes (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.).
