We are looking for an experienced and energetic Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure smooth functioning of the café/restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for hospitality.
Supervise daily operations of the café/restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Lead, train, and motivate staff (servers, cashiers, baristas, kitchen staff, etc.).
Monitor and maintain excellent customer service standards, addressing complaints promptly.
Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies; coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
Oversee billing, cash handling, POS reconciliation, and daily sales reporting.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Plan staff schedules, assign duties, and manage shift rotations.
Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities (special offers, events, social media campaigns).
Prepare weekly/monthly performance and financial reports for management.
Maintain ambiance and cleanliness to match the café’s brand standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience as a Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in F&B/retail/hospitality.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of POS systems, billing, and basic accounting.
Familiarity with FSSAI norms, food hygiene, and safety regulations.
