Job Description

Operational Management

 
Oversee daily operations in a specific function (e.g., city operations, partner acquisition, or supply chain).
 
Monitor and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service levels.
 
Resolve operational issues efficiently and ensure smooth workflow.
 
2. Team Leadership
 
Lead, mentor, and evaluate a small team of executives or associates.
 
Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide feedback and training.
 
Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
 
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
 
Track team performance and operational metrics (e.g., deliveries completed, partner engagement, customer satisfaction).
 
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior leadership.
 
Identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement.
 
4. Process Improvement & Execution
 
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
 
Support cross-functional initiatives in coordination with product, marketing, or finance teams.
 
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
