Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Shipment & Delivery Coordination

Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.

Optimize routes and delivery schedules to meet timelines and reduce costs.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

Coordinate with warehouses to ensure correct stock levels.

Ensure timely replenishment and accurate inventory records.

Vendor / Transporter Management

Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and 3PL partners for smooth execution.

Negotiate rates, track performance, and resolve operational issues.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain delivery notes, invoices, bills of lading, and other shipping documents.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.

Customer / Stakeholder Communication

Respond to customer queries and complaints regarding shipments.

Update internal teams on delivery status, delays, and operational issues.

Reporting & Analysis

Generate regular reports on delivery performance, costs, and KPIs.

Identify bottlenecks, suggest process improvements, and assist management in decision-making.
