Supervise engine assembly / machining / testing operations on the production line
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
Monitor and ensure quality standards as per SOPs
Handle and manage shop-floor manpower (operators, helpers)
Ensure adherence to safety norms, 5S, and housekeeping standards
Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance
Identify and resolve line issues, defects, and bottlenecks
Maintain shift reports, production data, and line documentation
Support continuous improvement, kaizen, and lean manufacturing activities
Train operators on process, quality, and safety requirements
