Partner with IT & data teams to build scalable analytics platforms.
Process Optimization & Innovation
Identify inefficiencies in procurement, manufacturing, and logistics; implement digital solutions to optimize processes.
Enhance supply chain agility and resilience through data-driven decision-making.
Data Governance & Quality
Establish frameworks for master data management, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Implement governance structures for AI/ML models and analytics use.
Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution, IT, Finance).
Manage external partners, suppliers, and technology vendors.
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of analysts, data scientists, and digital specialists.
Performance Monitoring
Define KPIs and measure impact of digital initiatives on cost savings, efficiency, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
Present progress reports to senior leadership and executive management.
