Job Description

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 1. Training Coordination

  • Plan, schedule, and organize internal and external training programs.

  • Prepare and communicate training calendars to departments.

  • Coordinate with trainers, department heads, and external vendors for session planning.

  • Arrange logistics such as venue, materials, and audio-visual setup.


🔹 2. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain training attendance, evaluation, and completion records.

  • Update employee training data in the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Prepare training-related reports for audits and compliance.

  • Ensure all mandatory trainings (GMP, EHS, technical, etc.) are completed on time.


🔹 3. New Employee Onboarding

  • Organize induction and orientation sessions for new hires.

  • Track completion of onboarding modules and required certifications.

  • Support smooth integration of new employees into the organization.


🔹 4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports on training participation and compliance.

  • Track learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance data.

  • Assist in preparing training dashboards and KPI reports for management.


🔹 5. Vendor & Budget Support

  • Coordinate with external training providers for scheduling and quotations.

  • Process invoices and support the L&D Manager in budget tracking.


🔹 6. Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and development events.

  • Support initiatives like leadership development, mentoring, and skill programs.
