Job Description

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients / High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI customers).

Act as a single point of contact for priority customers for all banking and wealth management needs.

Cross-sell and up-sell:

Wealth products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Bonds).

Deposits, Loans, Credit Cards.

Investment & advisory services.

Conduct financial planning and investment advisory sessions for clients.

Achieve portfolio growth in terms of CASA (Current Account / Savings Account) balances, fee income, and investment penetration.

Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through regular engagement.

Maintain compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate with product specialists, wealth managers, and branch staff for delivering superior service.
