Job Description

  1. Distributor / Channel Partner Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and key business partners.

    • Ensure partners are aligned with company policies, strategies, and business objectives.

  2. Sales & Revenue Management

    • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and market share targets.

    • Develop strategies to grow sales through distributors and key clients.

  3. Client Engagement

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for major distributors and partners.

    • Conduct regular meetings, product training sessions, and support partner initiatives.

  4. Market Analysis

    • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

    • Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

  5. Process & Compliance

    • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and contractual obligations.

    • Monitor partner performance and compliance with company standards.

  6. Reporting & Documentation

    • Maintain accurate records of partner activities, sales data, and performance metrics.

    • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management review.

  7. Team Coordination

    • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to support distributor initiatives.

    • Train and mentor junior sales staff or distributor relationship executives.
