Job Description

  • Client Relationship Management → act as the primary point of contact for high-value/key clients (hospitals, distributors, corporate accounts, large retailers, or government bodies).

  • Business Development → identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts (upselling/cross-selling).

  • Strategic Account Planning → create customized account plans aligned with client needs and company goals.

  • Revenue & Target Achievement → ensure sales quotas and revenue objectives are met from key accounts.

  • Cross-functional Coordination → work with marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Market Intelligence → gather insights on client needs, competitor activity, and market dynamics.

  • Negotiations & Contracts → manage pricing, tenders, and long-term agreements.
