Assist in handling legal disputes, litigation support, and coordinating with external counsels.
Help prepare case documents, notices, and legal opinions.
Research & Advisory
Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, labor, IP, and regulatory matters.
Provide guidance to departments on legal implications of business decisions.
Document Management
Maintain legal files, registers, and records systematically.
Ensure all agreements and contracts are properly archived.
