A Junior Executive in Sales & Services typically does the following:
Customer engagement & sales
• Greet customers, understand their needs, guide them to suitable product counters.
• Explain product features, pricing, stone / making charges etc.
• Assist in completing sales transactions, billing, cash / order processing.
Target & performance
• Meet individual sales targets.
• Suggestive selling, cross-selling (e.g. promoting other categories) where possible.
Stock, display & store operations
• Keep track of stock in assigned section; daily counting of opening vs closing stock.

Customer service & feedback

• Support marketing & promotional events (BTL marketing, exhibitions, customer lead generation).
• Remote sales or video calls in some cases.
Internal process compliance

• Accurate data entry (customer details, inventories, invoices).
