Operate, clean, and maintain equipment used in production (e.g., autoclaves, fermenters, filling lines, reactors).
Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing activities.
Monitor parameters such as temperature, pressure, and time during production.
Record and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and logbooks accurately.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
Assist senior staff in validation, calibration, and process optimization activities.
Conduct chemical, biological, or instrumental testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, pH meter, and FTIR.
Record test results in laboratory notebooks or LIMS systems.
Follow GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and ensure proper sample handling.
Assist in analytical method validation and stability studies.
Review and verify batch records, logbooks, and analytical reports.
Support internal and external audits (e.g., WHO, DCGI, GMP audits).
Manage documentation—SOPs, deviation reports, and change control.
Ensure GMP compliance in all departments.
Support scientists in formulation development, analytical studies, and process research.
Prepare reagents, perform experiments, and document results.
Conduct small-scale manufacturing trials and stability testing.
Maintain lab notebooks and support data compilation for regulatory submissions.
