Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and gratuity.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
Handle joining, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Support HR policies, SOP implementation, and employee communications.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to payroll and HR operations.
Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
Employee Support
Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
Assist in resolving discrepancies and issues related to salary or benefits.
Process Improvement
Streamline payroll and HR operations processes.
Implement digital tools or software for better accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee records.
