Job Description

Workforce Planning & Optimization:

 
Forecast workforce requirements based on business needs.
 
Allocate resources efficiently across departments or projects.
 
Develop staffing strategies to optimize productivity.
 
Employee Scheduling & Attendance Management:
 
Oversee employee scheduling, shift planning, and rostering.
 
Monitor attendance, leaves, and compliance with labor laws.
 
Analytics & Reporting:
 
Generate workforce reports, including productivity, attrition, and capacity utilization.
 
Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
 
Talent Management & Staffing:
 
Collaborate with recruitment teams to fill workforce gaps.
 
Support onboarding, role transitions, and workforce redeployment.
 
HR Policy & Compliance:
 
Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor regulations, and company standards.
 
Implement best practices in workforce management and employee engagement.
 
Employee Engagement & Performance:
 
Monitor employee performance and identify productivity improvement opportunities.
 
Drive initiatives for workforce motivation, retention, and satisfaction.
