About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function. This position will be responsible for managing employee life-cycle activities, implementing HR policies, and aligning workforce strategies with business objectives.
Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract the right talent.
Design and implement HR policies, compliance, and employee handbook.
Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Oversee performance management system and conduct appraisal cycles.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure workplace harmony.
Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or large-scale operations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
