Job Description

  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and assess individual and team performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: 6–8 years in performance management, business development, or HR roles, with at least 3–4 years supporting senior management.

    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

    • Experience in sales, HR, and administration.
