Job Description

  1. Recruitment & Hiring

    • Draft job descriptions and post openings.

    • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and onboard new employees.

  2. Payroll & Attendance Management

    • Maintain attendance, leaves, and salary records.

    • Process payroll and ensure PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

  3. Employee Relations & Welfare

    • Handle employee grievances and maintain a healthy work culture.

    • Organize staff engagement, training, and welfare programs.

  4. Performance Management

    • Assist in appraisals, goal setting, and evaluation processes.

    • Maintain HR documentation and reports.

  5. HR Policies & Compliance

    • Implement HR policies and company regulations.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain employee records.
