Job Description

Product Portfolio Management

Oversee the portfolio of cardiology products from launch to maturity.

Monitor product performance, lifecycle stages, and profitability.

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Identify growth opportunities and define product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Lead and mentor a team of Assistant Product Managers and marketing staff.

Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and support professional development.

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research on competitors, physicians, patient needs, and industry trends.

Analyze sales data, market share, and campaign effectiveness to guide strategic decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with sales, medical affairs, regulatory, supply chain, and finance teams.

Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and training initiatives.
