Job Description

🧩 1. Project & Delivery Management

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple IT or consulting projects.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

  • Manage project escalations, risks, and dependencies.

  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization across projects.

🤝 2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS targets).
