Job Description

  • Reception & Guest Services:

    • Greet visitors, guests, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.

    • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and visitor registration if applicable.

    • Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization, services, or facilities.

  • Communication Management:

    • Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to appropriate departments.
