Greet and assist visitors and clients courteously.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
Maintain visitor records, issue visitor passes, and inform concerned departments.
Manage reception area cleanliness and appearance.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Handle courier services, mail distribution, and correspondence.
Maintain records, files, and front-office documentation.
Assist HR and admin departments with clerical work.
Provide accurate information about the company’s services and contacts.
Address visitor inquiries politely and professionally.
Escalate customer or visitor issues to senior management when needed.
Support procurement of office supplies and stationery.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments.
Operate basic computer software (MS Office, email, spreadsheets).
