Job Description

  • Franchise Acquisition

    • Identify and approach potential franchise partners.

    • Conduct market research to target high-potential locations or regions.

    • Negotiate franchise agreements and onboard new partners.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth

    • Achieve franchise sales targets and KPIs.

    • Support franchisees in meeting sales and revenue goals.

    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize strategies.

  • Franchise Relationship Management

    • Serve as the main point of contact for franchise partners.

    • Provide training, guidance, and operational support to franchisees.

    • Resolve conflicts and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

  • Operational Oversight

    • Ensure franchise operations comply with quality, safety, and brand standards.

    • Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.

    • Coordinate with internal teams like marketing, operations, and finance to support franchises.

  • Reporting & Analysis

    • Maintain dashboards and reports on franchise performance, revenue, and expansion progress.

    • Present insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Strategy & Business Development

    • Contribute to the development of franchise growth strategies.

    • Identify new market opportunities and expansion possibilities.

    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns for franchise sales.
