📄 Job Description:

Udaan is urgently hiring Field Sales Executives to onboard kirana stores (local grocery shops) under its FMCG category in Lucknow. The role involves fieldwork to connect with shop owners, explain Udaan's offerings, and ensure successful onboarding and order placement.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Visit kirana shops in assigned areas
Pitch Udaan’s platform and onboard retailers
Assist retailers in placing orders through the app
Provide support and resolve merchant queries
Report daily activity to supervisors

🎯 Required Skills:

Field sales or marketing experience (preferred)
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with local shop owners
Self-motivated and target-driven

🎁 Benefits:

Salary: ₹16,000 per month
Daily Travel Allowance (TA): ₹180/day
Additional Benefits: PF & ESIC
