Tool Development: Assist in the creation and enhancement of tools that improve team performance and operational efficiency.
Shift Work: Support a 24x7 environment, which may include working weekends and holidays.
Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Engineering or Computer Science.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations or control/operations center environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in electrical or mechanical systems.
Background in data center engineering or operations.
Familiarity with building and electrical platform management systems.
Experience in Network Operations Centers (NOC) or similar environments.
Ability to maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through proactive issue detection and reporting.
