Job Description

  • Full-cycle recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements.

  • Use recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS software).

  • Manage job postings, advertisements, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during recruitment.

  • Conduct reference checks, salary negotiations, and offer management.

  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management.
