SAP System Operations
Monitor and maintain SAP system performance and uptime.
Support end users by resolving SAP-related issues and service tickets.
Assist in applying patches, system updates, and user management tasks.
Coordinate with SAP Basis/Functional/ABAP teams for issue resolution.
Master Data Management
Create, update, and validate master data (materials, vendors, customers, BOMs, cost centers, etc.).
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across modules.
Implement and follow standard master data governance and approval processes.
User Support & Training
Provide day-to-day functional support to SAP end users (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
Document user issues, change requests, and resolutions.
Conduct user training or refresher sessions for new functionalities.
System Documentation
Maintain SOPs, change logs, and functional documentation for SAP operations.
Track configuration changes, updates, and version upgrades.
Compliance & Audit Support
Ensure SAP operations align with IT policies and audit requirements.
Support internal and external audit activities related to SAP data and controls.
Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for process automation or system enhancement.
Participate in SAP upgrade or migration projects (e.g., S/4HANA transition).
