Job Description

HVAC & Utility System Management

Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, compressors, and other utility equipment.

Ensure optimal environmental conditions in production, laboratory, or office areas.

Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all utility and HVAC systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

System Optimization

Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and system performance.

Implement upgrades, modifications, or process improvements as needed.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure HVAC and utility operations comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, safety checks, and compliance reports.

Coordination & Support

Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to support operational needs.

Assist in planning and executing engineering projects related to utilities and HVAC systems.
