Job Description

Electrical Systems Management

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical equipment, including motors, panels, and distribution systems.

Ensure uninterrupted power supply and efficient energy usage.

Mechanical Systems Management

Oversee maintenance of mechanical equipment like pumps, compressors, HVAC systems, and production machinery.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.

Instrumentation & Control

Monitor and maintain process instruments and control systems (PLC, SCADA, sensors).

Calibrate instruments and ensure accurate measurements for process control.

Maintenance Planning & Execution

Prepare preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation equipment.

Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance without affecting operations.

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

Quickly identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective measures.

Maintain logs and records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
