Plan, monitor, and execute daily production schedules.
Operate, clean, and maintain manufacturing equipment (e.g., fermenters, reactors, autoclaves, filling machines).
Prepare and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and logbooks.
Ensure sterile operations and adherence to GMP guidelines.
Coordinate with QA, QC, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Report deviations and assist in CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) implementation.
Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Handle instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, pH meter, etc.
Document all analytical data as per GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).
Review analytical test reports and ensure accuracy.
Support method validation, stability studies, and calibration activities.
Review BMRs, test reports, deviations, and change control forms.
Conduct in-process checks and ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
Maintain documentation and control of SOPs and records.
Participate in internal and external audits (e.g., WHO, DCGI, GMP).
Support investigation of non-conformances and CAPA.
Conduct experiments for process and formulation development.
Collect and interpret experimental data.
Assist in technology transfer and scale-up activities.
Prepare and maintain lab notebooks and reports.
Ensure proper functioning of plant machinery and utility systems.
Schedule preventive maintenance and equipment calibration.
Maintain maintenance logs and reports.
Support production during equipment breakdowns.
Strong knowledge of GMP / GLP / GDP guidelines.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to handle instruments and equipment efficiently.
