Job Description

1. Sales Executive

  • Generate leads and convert them into customers.

  • Build and maintain client relationships.

  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Handle negotiations and prepare quotations.

  • Report sales performance to management.


2. Marketing Executive

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Manage social media, digital marketing, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate events, product launches, or exhibitions.

  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.


3. HR Executive

  • Handle recruitment (screening, interviews, onboarding).

  • Maintain employee records and attendance.

  • Assist in payroll, compliance, and HR policies.

  • Support employee engagement activities.

  • Address employee queries and grievances.


4. Accounts / Finance Executive

  • Maintain daily financial records, invoices, and ledgers.

  • Assist with budgeting, taxation, and audits.

  • Process payments, expense reports, and reconciliations.

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements.

  • Coordinate with auditors and finance teams.


5. Operations / Logistics Executive
