We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Engineering & Manufacturing team. The role involves supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining equipment, and driving process efficiency in the production of biologics.
Operate, monitor, and maintain biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and regulatory guidelines.
Support technology transfer, scale-up, and validation of manufacturing processes.
Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and calibration of instruments.
Maintain accurate documentation of production batches, deviations, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, safety, and cost optimization.
Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Biotechnology, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
0–5 years of experience in biopharma / pharma / manufacturing operations (freshers may also apply for entry-level).
Knowledge of cGMP, clean room operations, bioreactors, chromatography, and downstream processing is desirable.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
Good communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Exposure to biologics / biosimilars manufacturing.
Familiarity with automation systems, utilities, and process equipment.
Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to safety protocols.
