Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Engineering & Manufacturing team. The role involves supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining equipment, and driving process efficiency in the production of biologics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Support technology transfer, scale-up, and validation of manufacturing processes.

  • Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and calibration of instruments.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of production batches, deviations, and corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations.

  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, safety, and cost optimization.

  • Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Biotechnology, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.

  • 0–5 years of experience in biopharma / pharma / manufacturing operations (freshers may also apply for entry-level).

  • Knowledge of cGMP, clean room operations, bioreactors, chromatography, and downstream processing is desirable.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.

  • Good communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Competencies

  • Exposure to biologics / biosimilars manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with automation systems, utilities, and process equipment.

  • Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to safety protocols.
