Operations Management
Monitor daily operations of solar plants, equipment, or production units.
Ensure systems operate within designed parameters for optimal performance.
Track operational metrics like energy output, efficiency, and equipment utilization.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, solar panels, inverters, transformers, and related equipment.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with vendors or technical teams for specialized repairs.
System Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor SCADA or other plant monitoring systems for performance alerts.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management.
Analyze trends and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure all operations comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, risk mitigation measures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordination & Team Management
Coordinate with other engineers, technicians, and field staff for smooth plant operation.
Supervise maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Optimization & Upgradation
Suggest system upgrades, retrofits, or modifications to improve performance.
Keep abreast of new technologies and practices in the O&M space.
